Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.
• The amount will only be charged when the order is dispatched.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors or technical issues.

Delivery

• We deliver throughout Denmark. The typical delivery time is 2-4 business days.
• Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are displayed at checkout.
• If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with the option to cancel or wait.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.
• The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Please contact us at info@radenimstudio.com before returning an item.

Complaints and Warranty

• You have a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
• Defects and faults must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
• If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

• Radenim Studio is not liable for indirect losses, operational losses, or force majeure circumstances.
• We reserve the right to change product information without notice.
